Our trainers focus on strengthening the mental and physical components of training in order to improve more than just your athletic abilities. With past experiences as collegiate and professional athletes, our trainers specialize in developing athletes for the next level.
Prosper Professional Gym helps athletes maximize their strength, speed, and explosiveness through our Performance Training in Prosper. Our goal is to help athletes reach their genetic potential and peak sports performance. Our training sessions are available Monday through Friday and can accommodate a variety of schedules.
Our Adult Fitness Groups at Prosper Professional Gym take place in our professional facility with a diverse group of goal-oriented training. The programming provides a workout routine that combines strength training with high-intensity interval training.
Prosper Professional Gym’s mission is to provide athletes and patients with the highest level of care in Prosper. Our Medical team believes in a hands-on, patient-centered approach to designing a rehabilitation program to fit your unique recovery and performance needs.

She is a soccer player and they really work with her in the Elementary group to get her form down but also customize it to soccer. She is always looking forward to it every week and loves all of the trainers there! "My son goes here a couple of Saturdays a month for strength training. As an older person, I am thinking about going here three times a week to improve my own cardio and strength. The trainers are both professional and courteous, and genuinely care about the workout which is right for each individual. My son injured himself with a small muscle tear in his lower left back at church camp a couple of months ago, and they know exactly how to adjust his workout so it was not further aggravated. The cost is very reasonable as well and I would recommend using their services."
